Our Story & Mission
LilleBlossoms was created to advocate for inclusion, support neurodiverse families, and break barriers. Lille means "little" in Danish and blossoms refers to the ability each child has to reach their highest potential by receiving individualized assistance.

At LilleBlossoms, our mission is clear: to empower neurodivergent individuals, advocate for inclusivity, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. Through compassion, expertise, and cultural insight, we strive to create a more equitable and inclusive world for all.

Through our compassion and evidence-based approach, we strive to create a more equitable and inclusive environment where neurodiverse children are valued, supported, and celebrated for their unique strengths and contributions. We are committed to fostering understanding, acceptance, and collaboration among educators, families, and communities to create supportive environments where all learners can thrive.

Introducing Mashal, the founder of LilleBlossoms
With a Master of Science in Education: Severe Special Needs (M.S.Ed) from Simmons University, Mashal brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to the field of intervention and special education.
Mashal's journey began in Boston, where she overcame numerous challenges during her upbringing. As a young girl, she experienced firsthand the impact of societal labels and judgments solely based on academic performance. However, these experiences fueled her passion for advocating for change and challenging traditional norms.

Having worked in diverse settings, from Boston to Texas, Abu Dhabi, and now Copenhagen, Mashal has accumulated invaluable experience working closely with neurodivergent children and families. Her approach to education and advocacy is shaped by empathy, understanding, and a deep-rooted belief in the potential of every individual.

Mashal's expertise in behavior therapy, combined with her M.S.Ed, positions her as a leader in promoting inclusive practices and creating supportive environments for all learners. Additionally, she has extensive experience training staff in effective strategies for supporting neurodivergent children and fostering inclusive learning environments.
"Mashal is honest, dependable, and incredibly hardworking. Beyond that, she has impressive knowledge of ABA. She can improve the quality of life of any child she comes across with her immense worth ethic. Any parent would be lucky to have her as a part of their life by the impact she makes on others."
"You have a unique skill that can help many parents whose children have been diagnosed with Autism. Your expertise and experience are needed more than ever!"
"You created such a wonderful and engaging resource for my students! They absolutely loved it, and we had a wonderful time using it. Thank you so much!"
